Use the contact form below to open an email draft. Product support should include the account email, affected page, expected behavior, actual behavior, and any safe screenshots or timestamps that help reproduce the issue.
Billing and accounts
Billing support is limited until the production payment gateway is selected. After real payments are enabled, this page must describe invoice, cancellation, refund, failed-payment, and plan-change support paths.
Privacy requests
Privacy requests can include data export, account deletion, consent-history questions, or correction requests. Users can also access export and deletion controls from account settings.
Security reports
Security reports should avoid including secrets, live credentials, or destructive proof. Include enough detail to reproduce the issue safely, and mark urgent reports clearly in the email subject.
